Ivan looks like it'll miss middle and southern Florida and scrape the panhandle area.

they keep moving it west to east and back and forth again so i really am not counting on anything until it gets into the gulf...

you could see it on one of the radars earlier but funny thing is the weather channel hasn't said shit about it.... several people know about it but from where they heard it i have not a clue
The sadly ironic thing is that "The Perfect Storm" was on TV last night.
that was a really good movie... but like i said i am not going on anything until that bastard gets to the gulf so maybe this time tomorrow we will have more to go on, it should be where i am sometime thursday
Have you heard some of the "hurricane cures" some people are proposing?
On the local news, I heard a few:
Hauling in an iceberg and dropping it in the ocean to cool the water.
Detonating a nuclear warhead to blow apart the storm. "And us," I mumbled.
And placing HUGE fans on the beach to keep the hurricane at sea.
Even the newscasters were at a loss for words... but they weren't good at stifling laughs.
yea i heard that in my car at lunch today!! nuclear warhead.... hm let's not think about blowing up fla just getting rid of the hurricanes
